This is the final schedule for drafts and season opening:

rookie draft 4/29-5/1 (April 29-May 1--rounds 1-1-3,4,5)

deadline for inclusion in rookie draft by rookie 4/22 MLB appearance

cut to 27 5/3

set FA order 5/3

FA draft 5/13-5/16

season starts 5/22

We have dedcided against RT contraction of leagues with more than 4 unmanaged teams.
We are contemplating a trading period between the cut to 27/post FA order date (5/3) and the FA draft.
That period might also include a one time opportunity to make offers to unmanaged teams which the COMMISH would ratify or reject. Only the bset offers that were obviously fair to the unmanaged team would be accpeted and all offers would be ruled on at the same pre-determined time.
