This is my second RT draft & both have been very low quality. The primary reason is that all the good players get taken in the monthy FA draft. It is the best way to rebuild a team. Using the monthly FA draft you can snag 5-6 player who will form a core group for many years to come. Last season I grabbed Brett Myers, Jake Peavy, Lyle Overbay and Michael Tejera (OK so he's not that good). In the RT Rookie draft you have to go for talent & potential, last year I grabbed Casey Fossum with the 18th pick. If you do a lot of homework I believe you can rebuild a team quicker in RT than Trad.
