Purebaseball takes more time because you play the games.
Purebaseball takes more time because you play the games.
Fantasy, you pick some guys, you see what they do.
Purebaseball you constantly change roster, lineups, play home games, etc.
I hate superstar leagues. You can screw up and still get great players.
I'd play purebaseball over fantasy even if half the teams were inactive. So what. The robot sets good away lineups, plays home games, etc. You usually can't even tell when you are playing a team without an owner. I've seen an ownerless team make the playoffs. So what if you can't trade with them. Most teams only make 1 or 2 trades a year anyways. Some owners have never made a trade.
In fantasy, all teams are inactive (I'm speaking generally, here, I know in fantasy you make roster changes, you control what top players are in lineups, etc). Trades are usually very difficult, and who needs to make them, you have a superstar lineup anyways.
I like that I'll have a inn. player in my starting lineup in RT. I won the world series last year with two of them in my lineup. This happens in real life, why not our leagues.
