You make some valid points, but I still can't agree.

Having unmanaged teams in your division is a STRATEGIC advantage, and getting extra home games would only increase that advantage. Since winning is all that matters, teams in other divisions might think those teams with extra home games are getting an unfair advantage and then they might quit.
