No. APBA is alive and trying to become well. All disk sales have been resumed by APBA. Miller is apparently dead.

In fact, APBA is now publishing the season disks not previously published by Miller - to match all card set seasons issued in the past. APBA is also issuing card sets not previously published.

Old telecom and web site are still valid.
