Lee young and BIG
First off thanks for your comments and all you do for PB.
You are for sure one of the very good and active ones in the leagues!
The Kent deal was a tough one but age and potential rules for rebuilding teams.
Lee is off to another slow start but I think he will eventually be a monster---about the time Kent starts to sink in the West. People often forget what a blue chip prospect Lee was before he hit the majors.
As to 3-man committee's ---it just can not happen at this time. I am all for not having to approve trades but the time energy and work needed to set up what you want is just not there---and what time, energy and work we can muster is focused on improving the core product, maintaining the leagues and working on a marketing tool (the instant game) to bring new people in.
Thanks to everyone who has paricipated in this RT spring. I think it has been a good one. We avoided contraction and created some excitment with the unmanaged trades.
I think on balance that we have improved the unmanaged teams while offering the managed teams a chance at acquiring some "locked up talent".
