1. We have never had unmanaged trades before.

2. I posted a couple of times trying to explain
the motives of these trades. You were warned that the parameters would be different. You did not have to participate in the deals and if you did not you probably did not lose ground to your competitors because they had to pay at least fair value for whatever they acquired during this trading period with unmanaged teams.

3. There will NEVER be consensus on which trades are fair and which ones are not--even with a committee of 3,5,7,9...

4. Even though #3 is true I would love to get off the trade approval catch-22. My fondest hope would be to be able to play and play only---and let someone else worry about administration---but only in a baseball environment where there was some kind of decent trade approval system. The ideal situation would be for me to drop my teams and become and administrator only, but that is not going to happen (please do not make me play APBA again!). Were I not such a devoted SIM player, there would be no PB---and you can look it up!
