That looks like a pretty obvious program bug.
It reminds me of when Alex Gonzalez (now Cubs) played vs Alex Gonzalez (Marlins) and the game would show your shortstop as the other Alex including being in another uniform. That was a strange looking defense. I was never sure whose side my shortstop was on.
