Waaaaay off
It seems that it is becoming popular to make something so by stating it as a fact. Tori's percent of getting balls was not "Horrible" as you depict. It actually put him in the top 25% of the league. His range was held down becaus it was deemed by the sabremetric wizards that he shouild be penalized because he didn't catch balls that weren't heit to him. Somehow a CF on a team who's pitchers threw more groundballs, had more strike-outs, or some other such lunacy, was deemed to have better range even if he caught a lower percentage of balls hit in his area. (I know, I know, you can't believe that's possibe -but it's true.)
