as you mentioned you are new.so as the season
progresses keep your eyes open and you will see
abuses that are not good for a competive league
environment.
i personally would rather have my team play
against the other teams best lineup.win or lose
it dosnt matter.i can truly gage the strenth of my team.
you cant do that if the team your playing has its
best players in the minors.or if your team is going
into the final week of the season and you have been in a
dog fight all season and the team you are playing
has its best pitchers and hitters going against you
{this is the way it should be}.and your rival is
playing against a team thats best lineup in in the
minors.i believe it would make you wonder whats wrong
with this picture ?restrictions that are intergrated
into the purebaseball program can only help.its not going
to solve every problem because too much of baseball is
to subjective.also if there wasnt any restrictions
or rules would you like a team being able to start
a position player as a starting pitcher.or a reliever at
shortstop.purebaseball also has mandated minimum innings pitched
or runs allowed before you can replace a starting pitcher.you ask
why we need rules or restrictions ? if not this game will be a total
farce and any tweaking that can be done to improve this game should be
done.just my opinion.
