The person peppering everyone with these Mega swaps is well known to those of us in the RT leagues. He has built some amazing teams as he usually comes out ahead in deals.

He really lives for the deal, much more so than the actual games. He adds interest to the game, but he also can be annoying because I have found his offers to be less than equitable, and when you turn the tables and counter propose with equal zeal, you find he does not like his own medicine.

It is also harder to get him to do small deals that are more easily evaluated.

Mega Deals with a guy you have nurtured along as a rookie or have kept becasuse of an injury are hard for some of us. Part of the fun for me is being rewarded for my patience or finding that diamond in the rough.

He has a cycle I have seen over the years. Eventually, he gets frustrated and will quit a league when no one will trade with him anymore, regardless of how dominant a team he currently has. Then he will re-join another league or come back to an old one a few years later and pick up a managerless team and start the process anew---where we currently are.

All this said, he offers inrigue and action possibilities, you just have to "Caveat Empetor."
