Don't you think the bat boy took all of his corked bats and hid them before MLB took the 76 that they examined?

If a slumping player needs a lighter bat to get around on a fast ball, then pick up a lighter bat with a smaller barrel...like the light hitting players use.

Sosa's a cheater, plain and simple. His lame batting practice excuse was well prepared and likely already done in advance. I would have more respect for him if he just said that he knew what he was doing and knew it was corked. Having a corked bat for batting practice is just dumb. Why bother? That would be like buying drug paraphernalia that you never actually use, but you think it makes a nice car dashboard decoration for when you get pulled over.

Shame on Sosa.
