I agree his name should be posted. Hiding behind anonymity shows something I am loathe to put a name to. However, I too have a certain amount of impatience regarding this. I have employees who call when they are 15 minutes late to tell me they are going to be late. My response to them is, " No, you are already late. You are going to be later."
If there is to be a delay ( A not infrequent occurence - and, under the circumstances, totally understandable.) it doesn't seem to be asking too much for some sort of notice. I don't know all the possible conflicts that occur, and if I am out of line, I apologize in advance, but playing games can take an hour or two. Time that I really don't have at my disposal. To schedule that time, and then find my planning was to no avail, is at the very least frustrating
