I have made deals with him, trying to play his weaknesses against him. Usually didn't work out too well for me. He likes to get rid of people having down years. I got Rolen off him last year, but other than that he usually has gotten the best of me sad to say. My team was rebuilding then and certain risks were worth taking. My team is much more competitive now and will take far fewer risks. He makes things interesting if nothing else.
