In a recently played game my team was on the road and Pedro Martinez pitched 5.1 innings before the robot replaced him with Mario Rivera (in this league I do not have Rivera setup as my closer). The robot kept Rivera in the game into the 10th inning facing 14 batters when his BFA is only 7. I had a fully rested bullpen and have my default manager options for bullpen set to Aggressive. How can the robot use a pitcher this much without replacing him once he goes past his BFA?? Should I setup my bullpen default options differently??
