Aggressive means the opposite of what you would think (ie. aggressive with the hook).

Instead, it means the robot manager will be aggressive with leaving a pitcher in longer than maybe he should. With a conservative bullpen setting, you'll see the robot pull the SP if they get into any kind of a jam and the robot will be more active with using bullpen pitchers.
