I've done a quick look at a few 20 teams leagues and the average PB was 96 for a 35 man roster. This gives a max then of 115.

In C2 at least only 1 team is over this limit. So if you are over 115, then you might want to modify your trades, otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

Not sure what the 24 team leagues average are.
