Remember that what Mike was talking about was a new Team PB Value calculation that basically included starters and didn't include all 35 people on the team.

If that plan is implemented then we really don't know where we stand without doing a lot of computations.

I think Ken's example might point out that this year PB values are back in line with where they used to be before Bonds had a couple monster years and perhaps the so called "problem" has self-corrected.
