The fact that he is INN changes his value and makes him that much more of a factor---in RT especially---where usage is at a premium.

As to the amount of teams against which an INN pitcher with one side below .600 OPS can be effective against in a road start....I would like to see the teams you are talking about because these pitchers are VERY suseptible to the other side in order to garner INN status.
