Are PB value roster limits being applied to RT leagues?
I can't remember from previous dicussion or anouncements if the PB value roster limits were proposed or accepted in principle for RT leagues. IMO it would not be a good idea to put PB value roster limits on RT teams.. but can someone please refresh my memory on what the current status is please.
