We had agreed upon 125%...and definetly don't cut to 25. It's taken me 3-4 years to rebuild a couple of my teams, and if I had to cut to 27 NOW w/o a rookie draft I'd have alot of trouble and lose decent possible players. This wouldn't be right and would hurt developing teams immensely.
