This trade is proposed in 2000 T1.
Of the dozen or so trades proposed today I have to say that this one and mine (D5 below rejected) were the most reasonablem (rejected all the others). In this case Hammond, Rogers and to a lesser extent Hassegawa in 2002 are very valuable to a pennant run---meanwhile Hasegawa is great in 2003 as well---The two picks, Stynes and Overbay and Mantei offer some future value but I am not sure it offsets the value Hammonds and others bring to 2002 race??? I suppose if the trading period were coming to a close I would have a different view, but it is likely Hammond alone could bring quite a but from the ruight contender.
