I also find setting the starters for each road game to be very time-consuming, but I always try to do it because the robot makes some baffling decisions.

Pitcher selection is even more time-consuming because my browser often has problems in the process. I'll set my lineups vs lefties, move on to try to do the lineup vs. righties, and then sometimes when I pick my default vsR lineup, the vsL lineup will appear instead, and that causes all kinds of problems. I try clearing my cache regularly, but this still happens. What a pain in the butt.

Anyway, here's my suggestion to streamline the process. In the default manager options, why not let us set our starters as Ace Rotation #1, Ace Rotation #2, Rotation #3, etc. Instead of just lumping them all in as rotation pitchers, you could actually set the order in which they'll appear right in the default mamanger options. You could re-set it every week based on who's rested and who's ready to appear when, or just leave them as a regular one thru five.

The ideal situation would be if we were able to set it up like this:

Rotation #1
Ace Rotation #2
Rotation #3
Rotation #4
Ace Rotation #5

The robot would always maintain the order of one thru five, never deciding to jump your best starter ahead of a weaker one, but, for example, if #2 and #5 were your best starters, you could tell the robo manager to leave them in longer than the other starters.
