I agree it did what it is programmed to do.

However, since the robot decided when to pull a starter, you never know when it might then be able to start them again on short rest.

In back to back away series can cause big problems if a starter is pushed to being rusty because their start is skipped in favor of the better pitcher, and then isn't able to be used at all.

What happens when its at the end of the season and you want to be sure you have a starter on a certain schedule? I know you should set starters for those games, and most times would, but what if you can't?

It isn't baseball for a starter to go 5 innings and come back on two days rest, and the sim should reflect that.
