DRAFT PICK TIEBREAKERS

Posted By ***** ZEKE *****

The tiebreaker for similar winning percentages concerning draft picks is who has the worst home record. Does this make sense to anybody? I'm in last place and 17 games out and yet I try to win every single home game I can. Yet, I am punished for that with draft picks because teams with worse home records will get the better choice. If teams are going to purposely lose they will certainly do that at home. I think the better pick should go to the manager who has the BETTER home record! In the recent montly free agent draft in realtime I was tied with several teams in percentage with only 3 teams worse than me and yet I end up with the 11th pick in draft? This would make me WANT to lose at home which I won't do because I don't believe in it. I think this ruling should be changed so managers will try harder to win their home games. I realize that by winning more games you may lose out on a better pick but at least when there is a tiebreaker situation the team that tries to win will be rewarded.
