I don't know how Mike would look at it, but a fifth pick basically buys you a mediocre reliever or an Inn. or low usage position filler.
With the unmanaged teams, Mike can plug these holes with undrafted players, if necessary.
Thus, while a low draft pick might be about right for the individual, it doesn't benefit the unmanaged team, in my opinion.
