I thought there was a rule on the minimum number of runs or innings a starting pitcher had to pitch before he could be replaced. I can't seem to find it in the manual could someone refresh my memory?

By the way, does anyone know how I too can get my crappy starter pulled after giving up his first run in the third inning in an away game.
