I agree with Tim on this one. 27 seems a pretty fair number. Reward teams for good scouting, and keep 27 players. It still puts a good number of players into the FA pool (in 20 teams leagues... in 24 team leagues, the FA pool gets thin much quicker). But all in all, I like 27.
