In one last reply, I would like to say that I consider myself to be part of the problem. To say someone else is solely responsible for all that transpired would be terribly self-righteous. I am as guilty as any I would accuse.

All I would like to say is to treat others in leagues as you would be treated. Don't insult other owners (especially the new guy in the league. We need lots of good, new managers), in public or in private email. We, myself especially included, should strive to make fun the first thought, and berating fellow owners not even a thought.
