Yes, there is a need for an apology. I did exactly what I was complaining about. I also made your job that much harder. So, an apology might not have been required but it was the right thing to do. I've received a lot of supportive email and comments on a league board, so I have faith I'm not too horrible of a monster (but, please don't ask my wife!!!).

To my collegue, Fed Up:
Please send a private email. I would like to know what I've done to, in your words, "quickly ticked off half the league." I'd like to know which league, who I ticked off, and what I did. I'd like to make peace, if its possible. It doesn't sound like it, but I figure it's worth a shot.
