I suggest you e-mail the COMMISH although he probably doesn't have the ability to do a replay on the game.

It looks like after 15 batters when the next guy up (16th batter faced) got on base the game said he was tired. I've not had this happen to me with a reliever used as a starter.

It was in game 4 of your series so the robot wasn't trying to save him to pitch another game. It looks to me like he never got the 30 BFA he deserved.

I do think though that you shouldn't be able to use a reliever as a starter if he isn't fully rested. This 10 BFA minimum just allows relievers to come back to quickly. Kim has a full BFA of 22 so at 15 he was only about 3/4 rested. A starter with 3/4 his BFA would not be starting. I think the game should be changed in that respect, but at least for now 10 BFA is the rule according to the manual.
