I "think" you have the same problem that I've encountered for some time. I recently posted asking for advice and KenG posted a reply that it was a browser problem and the solution was that when it happens, right click on the lineup screen and then click on REFRESH. This will bring up the correct lineup with your changes.

It sure worked for me. Being a little "slow on the uptake", I was at first looking for the standard REFRESH in the bar at the top of the screen which of course wasn't accessible with a window open. The REFRESH though is an option in the popup you get when you do the right click on the lineup screen.

See if that fixes your problem.
