I do not have time to email both parties on the road and I am sometimes forced to veto a deal without email.
You are free to voice your opinions to me or the discussion board as wto hy you think the trade should be allowed and even resubmit it if you wish.

Starting SS are valuable and usually get traded for far more than cuts. I can not remember seeing so little offered for Guillen and he is traded a fair amount...

Nowhere in the manual is a manager's record mentioned with reference to trade approval. I do consider it but will still question and even reject ANY trade I feel is out of line. Of course, I am willing and ready to change my mind as many in the leagues will attest.
