Where in this string does Mike mention the addition required to make this trade? I missed it. I'm sure Jon and his trading partner would like to reference it as well.

Mike has said he will no longer entertain e mails regarding rejected trades. If there is no reference to the addition of picks as you mentioned, yet your information is correct -where do you get it?
