Mike needs to investigate
This is exactly the sort of problem Mike needs to invetsigate. If other owners in your league agree, you would write Mike en masse about it.
It is hard to prove though - I've been in leagues with friends and it is easier to make deals with someone you are already discussing the game with and are familiar with what they are trying to do with their team.
The problem is I don't see Mike removing owners even if the allegation is "proven", as he needs the revenue. Although personally I'd drop a team in a league where I thought this was happening.
One thing I'd like to see considered - some kind of limit on the size of an individual trade - like a total of no more than 6 or 8 parts (players and picks) involved. Beyond that its so hard to keep track. To me most of the lopsided trades that go through involve so many players and picks that you can't really balance it out easily.
