Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents on various subjects and comment on some managers opinions and accusations to trades etc. I don't like getting into these debates but will comment on a few things.
1st off PB is struggling right now in maintaining its credibility as a business and as a Pure sim league. Mike is a very busy man and is doing his best to keep it afloat but as a business it needs some help, we all pay for a service, I pay in Canadian dollars which is alot more than most of you. The product needs a face lift and a few areas of technical issues needs to be addressed. There also needs to be a fulltime person that we can get hold of via email or phone for problems and issues, sometimes there is no reply on emails or we may get an answer in days or sometimes a week, this from a customer satisfaction is very poor.
2nd, I hear and see many writeups in this forum on my trades that go thru and my activity in this area, 1st off, the trades all get approved, I play this game and PAY as the rest of you, the fun for me is the trades, I seldom play the games and let the computer manager play my home games, once in a while i'll play some games, the fun for me is the trading portion and messin with my roster, I am doing nothing against any rules, the trade are approved, and you all have the right to reject them, I receive usually about 10 to 20 trades a week over my 7 teams and alot of them are very poor offers, np, i have the choice to reject or sign or counter, I have sent some poor offers but every manager has a diferent opinion about his or her players and about the net value of each, this is what makes trades fun to do, anyway i don't appologize to the T. Harts, Charles Micks etc of the world, this is how I choose to play this games and I am paying and playing by the rules, so I will continue to play the way I enjoy to get the most of this product, I think PB is the best product of it's kind on the market but does need some customer service help and a product facelift. I have built many freinships in these leagues over the years and continue to do so, I have been here since the begginning and from the start of the old CSN days, we have come along way since then.
Anyway in closing I think we need to address some areas but if Mike B. and his staff can help in some of the areas I think the future looks bright for PB, we just need to stop with some of the petty bitchin, stand by the PB boys, offer some suggestions, help when we can, and let's have fun, hell nobody is gettin payed to play this.........Guys have a great day and I look forward to all those positive messages about me, good thing I'm not a sensitive guy, lol
