Hoping Good People will Hang on
It is frustrating when management is not able to meet deadlines, when drafts are missed, and it is extremely harmful to the future of the game when launch leagues can't be run, since that is the way designed for us to introduce others to the game.
That said, the game is still well worth the cost to me, and I guess that is the bottom line as to whether one stays in or gets out. I hope all you good people will stay in. I enjoy all of my leagues and building teams. Three or four of my RT teams are probably hurt as much as anyone by the omission of the September draft, since there should have been some pickups worth taking a flyer on for the rest of the season and for future potential. I don't like it when traditional guidelines can't be met, but again, the bottom line is whether it's worth it, and for me, it's a resounding yes. I even enjoy the dynamics and the different ways of evaluating trades that come out on this page and in emails from other owners. Half the fun of trades for someone who's been here for several years now is basing a reaction to a trade on the personality of the other owner.
In short, it's obviously your money, but consider carefully. For all it's faults, I think the game is worth what we pay.
