Shouldn't matter
If there's a runner on 3B, and 2 outs, there's no way a pitcher would EVER throw to 2B on a pickoff move. The middle infielder doesn't even hold them. I've never ever ever seen this in real baseball (even with less than 2 outs), too much risk of an error and letting the runner on 3B walk home.
I'm not talking about a stolen base attempt here, just a runner on 2B, with a runner in front of him on 3B, getting picked off with 2 outs. Just dumb IMO, never happens in real life.
