Not sure about the trade idea though, since he may receive more emails from owners that don't like certain trades that go through, and then he'd also have to put players back on existing rosters, and if a trade went through on Wednesday, then challanged on Friday, the players would have already played for their new teams.

I'd also bill quarterly.

Everything else you mentioned would help time wise if that aspect actually took large amounts of time.
