It is very hard for PB to police tanking.
The best way to limit tanking is to be an active community.
Most managers will not tank if they know someone is going to call them on it.
A FRIENDLY WARNING IN THE FORUM AND A MESSAGE SENT TO THE MANAGER AND COPIED TO THE COMMISH WILL DO WONDERS AND IT ALWAYS HAS.
