The Dilemma Continues.....
There is one question that needs to be answered. Are you more afraid of "Tanking"? Or do you want the truest form of competition? You cannot have both unless,
EVERYONE HAS 100% INTEGRITY!!
With humans that will never happen.
So which of the two above is the less of to evils?
