Thsi is a common problem.
Our usage system works off the active players and after games are actually played.
Players on the farm are dealt with AFTER each series and with an estimate. That estimate system has always been buggy.

The best way to deal with this is to estimate what a player usage should be and put him on the active roster if he should be ready and after game one of the series he and everyone else will be correctly accounted for.
