Thanks to the few who had comments on pricing (below long discussions on tanking)...

My position before the post was as follows:

I believe founders should pay a nominal fee (about $2 per team over and above 3 teams).

Non founders should pay less for the first team and less for subsequent teams and should get a substantial break after three teams (perhaps $4 per team).

The price of one team should drop to about $7 per team.

Pricing should be quarterly with a break for managers willing to pay per year. I realize that some managers are going to be unable to pay quarterly but monthly billing makes no sense from a business or competitive perspective.

My position has not changed since the first post but I invite more of you to comment below! No action is likely to be taken before the end of the year but I need more input.
