Put pinch hitting and pinch running far left(conservative), put sacrifice far right(aggressive), and put bullpen far right(aggressive, but as put forth here before is backwards, thus aggressive keeps starters in longer).

This should keep starters in longer as the pitcher is more likely to bunt, might not be replaced as often for a PH or PR, and won't be taken out of the game for a reliever until he tires.

Please remember though the computer may still pull the guy in very tight games as it tries to push in the tieing or go ahead run. The robot gives home owners the home field advantage.
