After the first three teams, I'd suggest $1 per team for founders the first year, then bump it up to $2 the second year. This allows an owner to keep 12 teams for the first year while paying $30.

This way we don't end up with tons of unmanaged teams all at once; it allows founders to slowly divest excessive teams in the first year, while non-founder owners pick up those extra teams.

The second year founders may drop a couple more teams(getting down to 7-9 teams, or they may pay a few dollars more to keep 12 teams) which provides all owners the oppurtunity to grab some more teams the 2nd year.

This would allow a small supply of new teams, which would coincide with owners taking new teams.
