Assuming I was crazy (stupid?) enough to sign the trade listed below what are the chances that the commish would approve it?

Am I off my rocker or is this a crazy offer?

I have several years of good trading experience in TRAD LEAGUES; however, in REAL TIME it seems hard to get anything going because offers like the one listed below are typical of what I get.

Its frustrating to the point that I don't even want to bother with REAL TIME anymore. Am I off my rocker or is this a really bad trade? If this is the only kind of trade to be made it seems to me like no trading at all is better.
