I agree that when you have interest in someone a conversation should be started. I disagree that it is on me to start that conversation when a ridiculous offer comes my way.

I am one of those people who will reject w/o comment offers I find to be absurd. I feel it on them to follow up with what they are thinking if they are serious about getting a deal done. There are lots of bargain hunters in these leagues looking to improve simply by ripping off other owners in trade.

That's fair (or so everyone keeps telling me). It is up to me to sift through good offers and bad ones. Ok, fair enough. I am not obligated to start a conversation with someone just because he fires an offer to me looking to pick up my players on the cheap.

The owners I deal with are the owners who know that communication is a two way street.
