I have said that for a trade to be approved with a managerless trade it needs to be more than fair.
By that I mean that it must also make the team more attractive to prospective managers and in general younger.

If you look at the trades that have been approved, you will find many that are NOT lopsided.

In the case of the above trade:
I did not think the players being offered would help BUILD this team for the future.
