My player was at 111 usage AFTER the game he was injured in; I think he started iit at 110, but obviously no higher than 111. either way the manual says:
A player who plays while overused is liable incur a day to day injury. He is also less effective. Very overused players are more likely to be injured and will perform to very poor standards.
It diesn't say anything here about the duration of the injury so I think that the stated "a player with an injury number of "0" can only be injured day-to-day should be in force.
