I will approve offers that are very good as soon as I see them and leave others on the board in case better offer(s) appear before NOV 13. I will decline any offer I see that I believe has no chance of acceptance.

So if you have an offer out there that hasn't been declined or accepted, you still have a chance. You could always make a 2nd offer that sweetens the first deal to insure you get the trade done.
